Below you can find some basic information on the Regulation. \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe regulation and its provisions are primarily intended to establish a framework for the protection of personal data of individuals when organizations process, i.e. collect, process, transmit, or store such information.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nWhen is the processing of personal data of an individual in the event of cooperation or contact with AXIS, d.o.o. legal? When at least one of the conditions is met:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>the individual in question has consented to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>the processing is necessary for the implementation of a contract to which the individual is a contracting party or for the implementation of measures at the request of such an individual prior to the conclusion of the contract;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>processing is necessary to fulfil the statutory obligation applicable to the data controller.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe principles we follow when processing personal data:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>legality, fairness and transparency,<\/li>\r\n \t<lipurpose limitation,<\/li>\r\n \t<li>minimum data volume,<\/li>\r\n \t<li>accuracy,<\/li>\r\n \t<li>limitation of storage,<\/li>\r\n \t<li>integrity and confidentiality.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe rights guaranteed to the individual by the Regulation and strictly respected by AXIS, d.o.o.: \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>access to personal information,<\/li>\r\n \t<li>correction of personal data,<\/li>\r\n \t<li>forgetting or &#8220;right of erasure&#8221;,<\/li>\r\n \t<li>limitation of processing,<\/li>\r\n \t<li>the right to object,<\/li>\r\n \t<li>the right to data portability.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nWe have, for the purpose of complying with the Regulation, at AXIS, d.o.o. adopted in our day-to-day work strict adherence to the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure compliance with the provisions and requirements of the Regulation and the standards set by good information security practices.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAll claims related to the exercise of individual rights guaranteed by the Regulation can also be sent to the controller by e-mail addressed to axis@axis.si.\r\n\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>General Data Protection Regulation On 27th April 2016, the European Union &#8230; <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.7 -
